3. Contractor Data Management

Claiming Your Listing

Updating Information

Listed contractors may request updates to their information. We will verify changes before publishing to ensure accuracy.

Removal Requests

Contractors may request removal of their listing from the directory. We will honor such requests promptly. Contact us through our Contact Page with your request.

4. PIPEDA Compliance

While this directory primarily displays publicly available business information, we recognize privacy rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation.

If you believe your personal information has been inadvertently included in our listings, please contact us immediately to request removal or redaction.

All government-record information is sourced from publicly available provincial licensing registries:

Saskatchewan Water Security Agency
Alberta Water Well Contractors Association
Manitoba Well Drilling Association

We provide direct links to these source registries on each contractor's page for verification purposes.
